The Site is operated by HongKong MacTech Limited under the brand name Qavinrelia (“Qavinrelia,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your use of the Site and these Terms of Purchase are also governed by our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, all of which are incorporated into these Terms of Purchase by reference.

BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION OF OUR TERMS.

These Terms of Purchase constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and Qavinrelia and are enforceable in accordance with their terms.
By placing an order through the Site, you represent and warrant that you are:

PURCHASES
Order Processing
Qavinrelia reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel an order.
An order may be refused or cancelled when:

When we cancel an order before payment is successfully captured, you will not be charged. When payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
To the extent permitted by law, Qavinrelia reserves the right to:

Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;
