General Policy

All sales are final.

Qavinrelia does not generally accept returns or exchanges. The only exceptions apply when:

  • An item arrives damaged or defective;

  • An item has a verified quality issue; or

  • You receive an incorrect product.

All claims are subject to review and approval by our customer support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team before taking any other action. We are committed to reviewing the issue and providing a fair resolution.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery and contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Email support@qavinrelia.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number, for example: 015SHOP-1218;

  • The email address used to place the order;

  • A clear description of the problem;

  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item;

  • A photograph of the shipping label and packaging, when requested.

Our team will review your claim and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include:

  • A replacement;

  • A partial refund; or

  • A full refund.

All claims are assessed individually based on the information and evidence provided.

Refunds

When a full or partial refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds generally appear in your account within 7–12 business days after they have been processed.

Please note that the final posting time depends on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider. Qavinrelia cannot control delays caused by financial institutions after a refund has been issued.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Qavinrelia does not offer general product exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size;

  • Choosing the wrong color;

  • Changing your mind;

  • Purchasing the wrong quantity; or

  • No longer wanting the product.

We may replace an item only when it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the claim has been reviewed and approved by our support team.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not return any product unless you have first contacted our support team and received written return instructions.

To be eligible for a resolution, you must contact us at support@qavinrelia.com and receive approval before sending an item back.

Products returned without prior notification, authorization, or valid return instructions may not be accepted.

Qavinrelia cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, reimbursement, or other assistance for unauthorized returns.

Please do not send products to our registered business address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so in writing. The registered address may not be a return-processing facility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information.

Qavinrelia is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address;

  • An incorrect recipient name;

  • A missing apartment or unit number;

  • An incorrect telephone number;

  • Failure to collect a package;

  • Refusal of delivery; or

  • Failure to respond to the shipping carrier.

Orders returned or lost for these reasons may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
